It has been recognized as a popular medical sector event for more than four decades. Founded in 1969, it is also known as MEDICA Dusseldorf 2021 and is organized by Messe Dusseldorf GmbH annually.
Defined as the heart and soul of the medical industry globally, its inaugural edition was organized in 1969. Since then, it has been instrumental in announcing innovations, forging some of the greatest partnerships, and sharing the most significant news.
From being confined to the German market, it has progressed its way to include the whole world in its portfolio. MEDICA exhibition is held in collaboration with Compamed, the biggest supplier trade fair for medicine. Hence, the whole process chain of medical technologies and products are exhibited before the visitors making the visit indispensable for every industry expert.

The exhibition is spread over a huge area of 1.3 million square feel(approximately) consisting of a total of 19 halls.
