Ivona is focused on everyday operations, finance and HR. With international management experience, she works closely with the Beire team to ensure that every step in the company is designed to produce the best exhibition solution for the client.

Corbin heads international sales and marketing. With over a decade of management-level experience in various industries, he also advises select clients on custom exhibition solutions that align design and business strategy, addresse KPI’s, and generate ROI.

Roger is responsible for international sales, with a side focus on DACH based clients. He has over 20 years of global interior and exhibition experience, and is known as a resident Beire expert for his technical insights and innovative client solutions. He is passionate about finding the optimal “clever” solution for clients, and hardly rests until he finds it. Beyond the language of exhibitions, Roger can fluidly switch between German, English, and Dutch.

Ewa always dreamed of having super powers - so she became a designer. With a true passion for architecture, design, and creativity, she works closely with the sales team and clients to bring ideas and concepts to life in unique and striking ways. She does concept development, 3D drawing, graphic visualization, and media content development that makes the impossible brightly possible for our clients and their brands.

Jirka is responsible for processing and managing individual projects on a technical level. He develops technical drawings, assists with material selection, preps programming for the CNC machine, and coordinates production directly with our carpenters.

Marcela is a golden rising star. She started at Beire as an administrative assistant, was promoted to project manager, and now heads the project management section. Her experience in the company and industry is highly sought after by our clients. As the head of the project team, she continues to focus on effectively leading the section. Her goal is to ensure that each project is properly assigned and executed in the best possible way – to the customer's delight.

Darina is the administrative bedrock of the company and manages all accounting, tax, payroll, supplier contracting, and occupational health and safety regulations. She also runs our enterprise resource planning system to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible to maximize value for our clients.

Vladimir (Lada) is one of our most seasoned carpenters with nearly 20 years of experience at Beire. He runs the carpentry floor. He oversees the production of all exhibition stand elements and infrastructure, tracks inventory and orders, ensures materials are of sufficient quality, and distributes assignments to the carpentry team. He works closely with our Project Management team to ensure production matches exactly with the quality and specifications demanded by clients. If Lada has any doubt about the craftsmanship of an element - it doesn’t leave the floor!

Marina has over ten years of experience in the exhibition industry and takes the most pleasure in reacting to clients’ needs and assisting them in finding flawless solutions for the presentation of their products. As a Master of Art Marina has an artistic flair and is very inspired by cooperation with designers and the design concepts, creating not only classical constructive solutions for expositions but more unusual shapes and designs.

Matěj has been on both the supplier and exhibitor side of the exhibition industry, a perspective that’s unique when serving Beire clients. He specializes in helping clients with wide ranging exhibit programs do concept development all the way through strategy to optimize price and marketing impact.

Mehtab is an ambassador of Beire, meeting new clients and guiding the development of brand visions with exceptional attention and service throughout the journey.

I take care of existing clients ensuring all requests are well handled and communicated. I also actively seek out the next generations of Beire clients, learn about their needs, and work with them to bring them all that Beire has to offer.

With a smile on my face, and pep in my step, I support the fast pace of the sales and account management team by making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Magda is charged with sharing the knowledge, story, and experience of Beire with our clients. She works with the sales team to ensure that all the latest trends, insights, and industry happening find their way to our prospects and clients in entertaining, educational, or inspiring fashion.

Natalia is a member of our international project managers' team. Thanks to long-term living abroad and studying in the USA, she brings exciting experiences and ideas. She participates in our projects from the beginning of planning to the end and exceeds clients' expectations until the handover of their dream stands.

Richard is a Beire protege, bringing international work experience and tech skills to the team. He is responsible for shortening the distance between client issues and solutions: coordinating with suppliers, organizing logistics, developing material options, or even helping the assembly team with builds.

Anastazie loves the fast pace of the exhibition industry and is a ruthlessly effective communicator. She thrives on seeing the successful results of months of preparation blossom into good relationships with clients and suppliers.

Pavel executes exhibition projects to achieve the premium results clients expect. A master of juggling timelines, budgets, and client communication, he collaborates with our design, production, and installation teams to realize visions.

Renata is responsible for design and technical preparation. Both these tasks allow using her experience in architecture and realization of design passion. She likes to create clear concepts that satisfy all needs of clients as well as the process of realization and solving the design in detail.

Michal advises on technical production, develops technical drawings, coordinates with carpenters, and ensures clients' stands are realized with our high level of detail and quality.

Ondřej is a young technical talent, and responsible for the technical planning and realization of projects. He works closely with production teams to meet all creativity with safe technical solutions. Concurrently, he is pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at ČVUT, which reinforces his work with formal training to be practically applied.

I create materials for the production and construction of exhibition stands. I’m responsible for the accuracy of technical drawings and ensuring the smooth progress of each stand's production and assembly.

I prepare all the necessary technical drawings, documentation, and material selections for our clients stands. My work enables the incredible ideas and design concepts with safe, optimized, and cost efficient solutions that are technically feasible.

Daniel is a print professional and graphic designer that is very involved in the whole process of graphics production. He prepares print data, operates the printers and cutting plotters, and acts as a liaison to our assembly team to advise on graphic installation and application at the exhibition.

Anastasiia brings client ideas to life with creativity and precision. She is very focused on details that will define a 3D concept, and develops the graphic visualization to complete the vision.

Matouš develops beautiful stand design concepts for Beire clients. His work involves choosing colours, materials and lighting to ensure that each stand is not only aesthetically appealing but also functional and tailored to the needs of customers.

Lucie is a graphics expert who checks, edits, and optimizes print data for client graphics. She also operates the printer and cutting boards to ensure all graphics and prints are flawless and of the highest possible quality when applied on Beire stands.

Iva is responsible for checking print data, preparing print and cut graphics for exhibition stands, and proofing all output to ensure flawless production. She expertly operates our professional grade printers, cutting plotters, and is fluid with a host of graphics programs to ensure clients have vibrant graphics.

Agi is in charge of processing invoices and non-cash payments, ensuring the company's fiscal integrity. She also assists with HR administration to keep the team running smoothly.

Hana is administrative support for all Beire employees. She ensures trouble-free operation of the entire office. Hana is in charge of the company cash register, attendance system, preparation of documents for HR, company phones, provision of work clothes and other work accessories.

Jan is the quarterback of sourcing at Beire. From ordering materials, finding new vendors, and maintaining communication with suppliers, he makes sure clients get the best deal in central Europe.

Veronika ensures clients receive prompt and accurate invoices and supports all administrative work that keeps Beire running smoothly.

Vašek is responsible for Beire’s new warehouse and inventory management system. These new technologies enable clients increase exhibit asset ROI, maintain instant positive accountability, and improve the sustainabilty of their programs, resulting in a more seamless expereince.

Jakub is a Beire puppet-master. Behind each successful project, Kuba is pulling the strings of transportation, logistics, housing, to ensure the performance is exactly right. He coordinates the transportation of production materials from our suppliers to our master carpenters, as well as shipments between Beire and clients. Simply said, he ensures Beire gets safely to and from shows and has a place to sleep knowing everything is where it needs to be.

Jakub is responsible for all electrical work on our exhibition stands, but also at the company premises. His meticulous hands and responsible approach to work guarantee flawless functioning of our entire operation.

Tomáš supplies our exhibition stands with their final colour coat. His perfect finish is what sets us apart from other stand builders in the eyes of our clients.

Tomáš converts clients' designs from technical drawings into real shapes. He operates machines and takes care of their maintenance, repair and optimization.

Jiří ensures that the company stays warm during the winter. He arranges transportation for materials and employees locally. He is responsible for waste management, workshop cleaning, and landscaping. Additionally, he maintains our company fish pond.

Mattis is a rescue, and has carved a niche in the exhibition Industry by continually seeking out the least occupied employee at Beire for attention.
