International Project Manager

As an International Project Manager (IPM) at Beire, you will be responsible for the organizational preparation of projects and oversee the physical execution of creative exhibition stands for clients worldwide. While you will primarily be based at our headquarters in Milovice, this role comes with exciting opportunities to travel across Europe, the USA, and Asia to see your projects come to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn concepts into reality: Take over exhibition stand designs from our sales and design teams and guide them through to physical completion.
• End-to-end project management: Manage the entire project lifecycle from the initial kick-off to the successful handover to the client.
• Client partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them every step of the way.
• Internal coordination: Collaborate closely with our designers, technical department, production, warehouse, and assembly teams.
• External communication: Deal with international suppliers and exhibition venues, securing all necessary services and materials.
• Visuals & Documentation: Partner with our graphic department to prepare print and digital assets, and draft complete project documentation for the assembly teams.
• Execution control: Keep a close eye on deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• On-site presence: Participate directly in the installation of exhibition booths both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Excellent Czech and a solid, communicative command of English or German. You will be using these daily to communicate with international clients, suppliers, and venues.
• Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Mindset: Independence, high accountability, and a drive to get things done.
• Composure: The ability to prioritize and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with clients and partners.
• Tech-savviness: Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Logistics: A valid Category B driver’s license.
• Bonus points: Previous experience in project management, the exhibition industry, event management, or construction projects is a big plus.
