Sales Support Manager (Int'l)
Support international sales projects and grow into an Account Manager role.
About the role:
The Sales Support Manager plays a central role in Beire's commercial team, supporting Account Managers throughout the full exhibition-stand sales cycle—from early prospect research and quotations to design coordination and client delivery.
This is a developmental role designed to lead to a full Sales & Account Manager position. You will gain hands-on exposure to international clients, complex B2B projects, and the live marketing and exhibition industry as a whole, all while being mentored by senior sales professionals.

Account Managers at Beire typically earn 3–4x their base salary per quarter in commissions once managing a full client portfolio. Our business is relationship-driven—clients return to exhibitions year after year—so success is built on repeat business, not one-off transactions.
Our clients & markets:
Beire works primarily with marketing departments of multinational corporations headquartered in: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK, Scandinavia, and The United States.
Projects are mainly delivered across Western Europe, with additional venues in the US, Middle East, and Asia.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Production teams, you will:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and creative briefs for client projects
- Coordinate with designers and production managers to align design intent, feasibility, and cost targets
- Conduct market, account, and lead research to support sales targeting and opportunity development
- Manage client correspondence and ensure all data is accurately maintained in Beire's CRM system
- Support billing, documentation, and project handover details
- Develop expertise in the exhibition marketing channel, including design strategy, technology integration, and ROI calculation
- Occasionally support on-site during international stand deliveries to ensure a high level of client service
Required:
- Fluent Czech and English (German is a strong advantage)
- Strong interest in sales, client management, design, or the exhibition/creative industry
- Comfortable working with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Communicative, personable, and comfortable working with international clients
- Desire to travel internationally occasionally
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or at least one year of professional experience working abroad in another language
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B sales, customer service, account management, or creative production
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaigns, analytics, or proposal development
- Education or training in business, marketing, or communications
