Sales Business Development Manager

Beire sales and account managers drive business development by pitching creative exhibition stand and virtual showroom solutions. They build relationships with clients and prospects across Western Europe and the USA through tradeshows, exhibitions, marketing content, analytics, CRM, and in-house designers, helping deliver innovative, beautiful spaces. They also support project managers to ensure final stands exceed client expectations.

This role offers progression on an account management track with commission-based compensation. With a full client portfolio, account managers are expected to earn at least 2x their monthly base salary in commissions. Since clients often return for repeat exhibitions, much of the work focuses on long-term relationships rather than one-time sales. The account manager will report directly to a sales director and will work closely with the creative and graphic team. 

Specifically, account manager responsibilities will be: 

  • Identifying, approaching and developing new business opportunities with corporate clients, 
  • Building and maintaining a structured pipeline of prospects and opportunities, 
  • Working with leads generated through exhibitions, historical contacts, referrals and own market activity, 
  • Developing relationships with marketing, event, brand and commercial decision-makers, 
  • Understanding client exhibition cycles and identifying the right timing for commercial opportunities, 
  • Meeting prospects and clients at exhibitions across Europe, 
  • Owning the sales process from first contact to signed contract, 
  • Preparing and managing offers in cooperation with internal teams, 
  • Working with BEIRE designers to shape concepts that address client needs, 
  • Cooperating with project managers and production teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially and operationally realistic, 
  • Ensuring accurate and timely use of CRM and ERP systems, 
  • Maintaining clear reporting, forecasting and pipeline discipline, supporting a smooth handover of closed deals to Project Manager

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Speak English (English or German) at a very proficient level; Czech language skills desirable 
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and career-orientation on the creative design or exhibition industry 
  • Be personable, communicative, enjoy traveling, and enjoy meeting new people 
  • Have a bachelors degree (or be enrolled) or have more than one year of experience working abroad in a different language 

Skills and experience that advantage candidates: 

  • Experience with customer service, 
  • Client management, project sales, creative production, marketing activities, familiarity with CRM software, analytics. 
  • Formal training in business and marketing studies.
